Description
This parameter specifies the amount of time (in milliseconds) that a GPIO pin
must be held for the first digital_gpio_held status message to be sent. Setting this
parameter to 0 indicates that digital_gpio_held messages will not be generated.
digital_gpio_repeat_time

Description
This parameter specifies the amount of time (in milliseconds) between
digital_gpio_held status messages when a GPIO pin is continually held.
