! Regulation of the measured current
voltage
The adjustment of the measured current
voltage is done on the card 217 00 636 after a
correct setup of the inverter unit. In order to
verify the supplied current, you can insert a
shunt between the power source and the torch.
A Connect a voltmeter between the test
points TP3 (0 V) and TP1.
B Connect a torch capable of supporting
200 A.
C Start a "with arc" cycle without
pulsation, with a current of 200 A. The
value read must be 4 V. If not, adjust it
with the potentiometer T3.
D Start another cycle with a current of 10
A. The value read must be 0.2 V. If
not, adjust it with the potentiometer T4.
E Repeat operations C and D until the
setup is correct.
