Using the StarSight Features
2. Press UP or DOWN ARROW to highlight a
recording.
3. Press INFO to see information about the program.
4. Press EXIT to resume watching TV.
You should also know...
• Press CLEAR, then ENTER to cancel a recording.
• To delete an entire series, go to “Series Recordings List.”
(See “You should also know...” in the next section.)
• If you see a question mark symbol on a scheduled
recording, it indicates you are asking StarSight to record
a program that is not available. To locate the conflict,
place the highlight bar on that program and press
GUIDE.
• The right hand column on the display screen normally
shows the duration of each program. Press the SP•SLP
button to change the right hand column to display the
tape speed that has been set for that program.
Series Recordings List
StarSight keeps track of five daily or weekly series
recordings.
1. Press LIST to review your scheduled recordings.
2. Press LIST again to see your “Series Recordings.”
3. Press EXIT to resume watching TV.
You should also know...
• To cancel a Series Recording, simply highlight the series
and press CLEAR, then ENTER. This also automatically
cancels all individual recordings within that series.
