Description
Set or query the signal source of the current measurement parameter.

Explanation
 Only channels currently turned on can be selected.
 This command sets the signal source of all the measurement parameters except delay and phase.
The delay and phase measurements require two signal sources which can be set by
the
:MEASure:SETup:DSA and :MEASure:SETup:DSB, :MEASure:SETup:PSA
and
:MEASure:SETup:PSB commands respectively.
Return Format
The query returns D0, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10, D11, D12, D13, D14, D15, CHAN1,
CHAN2 or MATH.
