Description 1
Enable the phase deviation measurement function (falling edge-falling edge) between the two specified
channels.

:MEASure:FPHase? <chanA>,<chanB>
Description 2
Enable the phase deviation measurement function (falling edge-falling edge) between the two specified
channels and return the measurement result (the unit is degree).
