Description
Set or query the vertical offset in IIC decoding on the specified bus.

Explanation
 Before using this command, enable the bus display (refer to the
:BUS<n>:DISPlay command).
 When the data line locates at the middle of the screen, <val> is 0; when it locates at the upper side
of the screen, <val> is positive; when it locates at the lower side of the screen, <val> is negative.
Return Format
The query returns the offset in integer.
