Limit of the output rate
In “Independ” work mode, the output rate has the following limit:
 RS232: (100MBps/120MBps) / (2× N), (N=1, 2, 3, …)
 SPI: (100Mbps/120Mbps) / (2× N), (N=1, 2, 3, …)
 IIC: (100Mbps/120Mbps) / (8× N), (N=1, 2, 3, …)
 PO: (100Mbps/60Mbps) / N, (N=1, 2, 3, …)
