3.1.4 Operating element (HMI)
The installed operating element creates and starts the machining programs
as well as acknowledges the safety prompts and displays of notes/mes-
sages from the machine controller. The operating element is located at a
fixed location at the left-hand side next to the machine outside the safety
area. The machine operator has a complete view of the machining from
here.

3.1.5 Light array
The light array serves as safety equipment and interrupts the running pro-
gram when the safety loop is interrupted. For more detailed information, re-
fer to section 2.7 "Safety equipment and warning notes".
3.1.6 Tool change magazine
The tools are stored in the plastic tool holders in the gripper groove (Fig. 6).
A push-button on the cross-slide allows the tool clamping mechanism to be
opened in manual operation.
Caution!
The tool holder must be held with one hand when opening
the tool clamping mechanism, because otherwise this falls
when actuating the push-button due to the incline.
