The brush strips are simply mounted in the existing drill holes in the clamp-
ing surface instead of some distance bolts. This also reduces the number of
required distance bolts.
The Performance package also contains high-performance milling cutters
with which the components can be produced for longer and at significantly
higher speed.
3.1.14 Tool mounting aid (accessory)
The tool mounting aid is located at the outer left-hand side on the machine
frame or can be retrofitted there. The tool mounting aid contains not only a
retainer and locking mechanism for the tool holders, but also a scale with
which the length of the tool can be read directly during change-over or the
tool can be adjusted easily to the dimension stored in the machine program.

If the lengths of the deployed tools deviate from the dimensions stored in the
machine parameters, the new dimensions must be stored in the parameters.
