Makesurethatthefabric(garment)typesettingoftheDesignSoftwareortheprinterdriver
matchesthetypeoffabric(garment)loaded.

Ifthepositionofprinteditemsdiffersfromthepositionofdisplayeditems,refertothefollowing
questions:
Havethesettingsforpagelayoutbeenmade?
Checkwhetherpagelayoutsettingshavebeenmadewiththeapplication.
Doesthetraysizesettingmatch?
Makesurethatthetraysizeselectedinthe[PrintOn:]listofthe[PrintingPreferences]dialogbox
matchesthesizeofthetrayloaded.
Havetheprintheadsbeenaligned?
When bidirectional printing isperformed, select [Head Position] to align the printheads. If the
problempersists,printthenozzlechecktestpatternandcleantheprintheadsasnecessary.

Isthefabriccorrectlyloaded?
Putmarksforpositioningusingthesuppliedprotectioncover,andthenloadthefabricsothatthe
marksmatchthecornersofthetable.

Haveyouchangedprintquality?
Whenprintingonfabricsofvariedthicknessesoryouareconcernedwithpositionaberrationor
imageblurring,tryunidirectionalprintingtoimproveprintquality.
In[PrintQuality]onthe[DetailedSettings]tab,selectthe[Uni‐directionalprintonly]checkbox.
Note,however,thatthiswillslowprintingdown.
OtherProblems
Youmayeliminatecertainproblemsbychangingtheprinterdriversettingsasdescribedbelow:
Cannotprintcertaindataproperlywhenusingacertainapplication,orcannotprintimage
dataproperly.
