• Donottouchthetrayorputyourhandinthemachinewhileprintingisperformed.
• Donotopenthetopcoverwhileprintingisperformed.Printingisforciblyinterruptedand
cannotberesumed.
• Whenagarmentmisfeederrorisindicated,seepage189"AdjustingtheHeightofthe
Tray".
• Donotprintifnofabricisloadedonthetray.Itmaycausetheinktosticktothetray.After
printingwithoutloadingafabricinthetray,dothefollowing:

1. Wipethetraywithadrycloth.
Donotusetissuepaperbecauseitmakesthetraydirty.
Usepolytheneglovestoavoidtouchingtheinkdirectly.
Donotusechemicalssuchasthinnerorethanol.
2. Drytheremaininginkusingtheoptionalfinisheroraniron.
Stainsmightremainonthetray,whichcanstillbeusedhowever.
Whenusingtheoptionalfinisher,useitindrymode.
Whenironing,laydownasheetofpaperonthesurfaceofthetray,andapplytheironto
thepaper.
Afterdryingtheink,rubthesurfaceofthetray,withaclothtocheckwhetherornotthe
inkisdry.Ifinkdoesnotsticktothecloth,theinkhasdriedcompletely.

Loadthetrayinthetraystand.
Placetherearsideofthetrayinthetraystand,andthenpushitinslowlyallthewayuntil
youhearitclick.
Youcancheckifthetrayiscorrectlypositionedusingthelineontheleftsideofthetray.


