AUTOTUNING
The Model 3095 Level Controller is available with Rosemount’s
optimal tuning parameters for a level control loop without operator
interaction. The Autotuner algorithm is specified by the “CC” option
code in the level controller ordering table.
Improved loop tuning results in superior process control, reduced process
variability, an increase in loop performance, and extended control
element life. The Autotuner determines the optimal tuning parameters
after the user enters the required autotuning setup information.
