original

retail

purchaser,

that

are

free

from

defects

in

materials

or

workmanship

under

normal

use

and

conditions

for

a

minimum

period

of

Year

from

date

of

retail

purchase.

Remote

controls,

headphones,

game

controllers

and

iPod

nl

interface

cables

are

warranted

for

a

period

of

NINETY

(90)

DAYS

and

XM

TM

satellite

radio

tuners

are

warranted

for

a

period

of

twelve

(12)

months

from

date

of

retail

purchase.

An

original

sales

receipt

showing

the

ROSEN

product

details

and

date

of

purchase

are

required

to

verify

proof

of

retail

purchase.

Should

the

product(s)

be

determined

defective

during

the

applicable

warranty

period,

the

defective

product(s)

will

be

repaired

or

replaced

with

equivalent

reconditioned

product(s),

at

ROSEN's

sole

option.

To

obtain

warranty

service,

the

must

be

returned

to

a

ROSEN

authorized

dealer

along

with

proof

of

retail

purchase

and

coverage.
