4.4 Troubleshooting guide
If you experience any difficulties with the bed and/or any of its components, please
consult the section below. If the following or other problems persist, do not hesitate to
contact our technical support department.
Checks

None of the controls work, whether
Is the power cord properly connected?
Either on the remote control or on the
nursing control.
Is the power cord damaged?
If so, replace it.
Check all connection plugs.
No commands work on
Are the controls locked?
