6.9 Replacing a load cell
Tools required :
•Tools for removing the wheel (see previous section)
• 3/4" socket wrench and ratchet •9/16" wrench
• Magnet
Procedure:
1. Unplug the bed's power cord from the wall socket and raise the bed to its highest
position.
2. Set brake pedal to neutral position.
3. Place jack stand on the side of the faulty cell.
4. Lower the bed onto the jack stand so that the wheel no longer touches the
ground.
