Displayscreen
Thedisplayscreenonthecontrolpanelallowsuser-friendlyoperationofthemachine.Onceyoupressthehomeiconon
thescreen,itshowsthedisplayscreen.Thedisplayscreenimageinthisuser’sguidemaydifferfromyourmachine
dependingonitsoptionsormodels.
NOTE
•IconsshownonthedisplayscreensuchasFaxmaynotappearonthedisplay,dependingontheoptionalkitorprogram
installedinyourmachine.
•Toswitchtothenextdisplayscreen,pressthearrowortouch&moveonthedisplayscreen.
•Dependingontheauthenticationsetting,themachine’susershavetoenteranIDandapassword.Inthiscase,the
machinecanonlybeusedbyanauthorizeduserwhohasregisteredanIDandapasswordonthemachine.Contactthe
machine’sadministrator.
•Copy:EnterstheCopymenu.
•Fax:EnterstheFaxmenu.Faxisactivatedonthedisplayscreenbyinstallingoptionalfaxkit.
•StoredDocuments:EnterstheStoredDocumentsmenu.
•SharedFolder:EnterstheSharedFoldermenu.
