1)Checkifthereisanysubstanceonduplexpath.Removeit.
2)Cleanthesurfaceoftheduplexroller-3.Ifitisbrokenordeformed,replaceit(JC66–03495A).
3)EnterSVCmode.Executeduplexmotor2test.(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines>
DUPLEX2–MOTORIN/OUT)
•Ifthemotoroperationisabnormal,checkthemotorconnection.IftheconnectionisOK,replacethe
motor(JC93–00301A)fromtheduplexunit.
4)Checkiftheduplexreadysensoractuatorisassembledcorrectly.Ifthespringisdefective,replaceit(6107–003137).
5)Iftheregirollerdoesnotrotate,checktheregiclutchoperation.
