•H1–1317:Paperisnotreachedtothefeedsensorafterpick-upfromtray3.
•H1–1318:Paperisnotpassedthefeedsensorwithinspeciedtime.
1)Removethetray3.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthetray3.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers(JC93–00616A).
5)Checkthefeedsensorandfeedmotoroperations.
