4.Troubleshooting
•CurrentJob:Displaysthelistofjobsinprogressandpending.
-Delete:Removesaselectedjobfromthelist.
-DeleteAll:Removesprintingjobsoralljobsfromthelist.WhenyoupressPrintJobOnly,allprintingjobs
aredeletedwhichJobTypeisHostPrint.
-Promote:Promotesaselectedjobfromthelistwhenthemanyjobsarequeued.Theselectedjobcannotbe
promotedinfrontoftheprogressingjob.
NOTE
YoucannotusethePromotebuttondependingonthestateofthejob.IfthePromotebuttonisinactivatedwhenyou
selectajob,thejobyouselectedisconsiderablyprogressed.
•CompletedJob:Displaysthelistofcompletedjobs.
-MachineStatusMessage:Displaystheerrormessageforthecurrenterrorsinthemachine.
-ErrorCode:Displaystheerrormessage'scode.
•SecuredJob:Displaysthelistofsecuredjobstheuserhassetintheprinterdriver.YouneedtoentertheUserIDand
Passwordsetintheprinterdriver.
-Detail:Displaysdetailedinformationoftheselectedjob.Y oucanalsochangethenumberofcopiespressing
ChangeSettings.
-Edit:ChangestheJobNameoftheselectedjob.
•ActiveNotice:Displaysanyerrormessagesandcodesthathaveoccurred.
MeaningofStatus
-Receiving:Themachineisreceivingdatafromnetworkorfaxline.
-ImageProcessing:Themachineisprocessingtheimage(decoding,encoding,convertingdataformat).
-Formatting:Themachineisgeneratingtheimageforprinting.
-Pending:Thejobonthequeueiswaitingforitsturn.
-Transferring:Themachineistransferringthedatatoemail,serverorfax.
-Scanning:Themachineisscanning.
-Dialing:Inthefaxmode,themachineisdialingtoreceiver’sfaxmachine.
-Connecting:Inthefaxmode,themachineiswaitingtoconnecttodestination.
-Printing:Themachineisprinting.
-Storing:ThedataisstoringtoaboxoraUSB.
-DelayedJob:ThejobistemporarilystoppeduntilthetimeyousetforDelaySend(email,fax,server).
-Held:IntheSecuredJobtab,thejobistemporarilystoppedwhenthesecureprintjobissentfromacomputer.You
canreleasethejobpressingPrint.
-Held:ProofPrint:Thejobistemporarilystoppedwhentheproofprintjobissentfromacomputer.Youcan
releasethejobpressingRelease.
