6.22 Timers
The timers implemented in the DCU3 - system can switch off and on discontinuous actuators and
pumps, for instance, via digital outputs. For this the timers can be operated in these operating modes:
In cycle mode the output is switched on and off periodically. Both „on“-time and „total cycle
time“ will be predefined for this.
In profile mode the output is switched on and off at times, which are entered into a table via
the operator terminal. Up to 16 different switching times can be processed.
The timers can be started and stopped at any time. For running timers the display shows the passed
time („ELAPT“).
