Any predefined RCB attribute value may be written when RptEna is FALSE. Only existing data
sets (see Dataset model table) may be used for DatSet attribute changing. Internal events,
caused by data-change and quality-change trigger options only, result in immediate sending
of reports or buffering events for transmission (limited by a buffer size of 1000 bytes per
report).
