NOTE:
Perform the following steps only if you want to
uninstall the software.
If you want to uninstall the drivers and scanner utilities
software, it is important to do so in the correct order to
avoid leaving any empty program groups in the programs
menu. Use the following procedure:
1. Before uninstalling any programs, close all programs
and turn off the scanner.
2. Select StartSettingsControl PanelAdd or
Remove Programs. Wait for the list to populate.
3. Remove the Click&Scan software first. Select
Scantron iNSIGHT 20 - Click&Scan from the Add
or Remove Programs list then click Remove.
4. Next remove Scan Validation Tool (SVT) and the
driver. Selecting Scantron iNSIGHT 20 from the
Add or Remove Programs list and click Remove.
NOTE.
When the dialog comes up regarding removing
SVT components, select YES TO ALL.
5. Finally, remove the scanner utilities. Select Scantron
iNSIGHT 20 Scanner Utilities from the Add or
Remove Programs list and click Remove.
NOTE:
If you uninstalled the software in an order
different from that specified above, it is a simple
matter to remove the empty program groups:
a. Select the empty program group from the
Start menu (e.g. StartPrograms
ScantronDocument Imaging).
b. With the empty program group showing,
right-click and select Delete.
