Notes:  Disable the SEL-2020 command set on this port because you don’t want the SEL-2020 to
recognize any message from the RTU, other than the “GETDAT” command you defined.
When you disable the SEL-2020 command set, the SEL-2020 prompts you for a
command termination character. The default is “\00D”, which is the ASCII string for
carriage return (<CR>).
