The Motorised

(MOC) will only accept
RMS-thread objectives.
It is typically populated
with a low-power air
objective (e.g. X4) and
a higher-power water-
immersion objective
(e.g. X40 NA 0.8).
For in vivo use the
substage condenser
and illumination optics
block can be removed.
