Settings on shooting still pictures

Picture Size: Switch picture sizes of still pictures.

Guide Line: Display the guide on the shooting screen.

Intelligent Framing: Set whether to automatically compose by
position and angles of the shot subject or background when
shooting still pictures.

When composing is not needed, the function is not
activated.

When the still picture is composed, two pictures, original
one and composed one, are saved. For details on the
checking method, refer to “Displaying composed still
pictures” (

P. 121).

HDR: Set whether to reduce blown out highlights/blocked up
shadows when you shoot still pictures in a high contrast
scene such as when you shoot against the light.

ISO Sensitivity: Set the sensitivity for incorporation of light
according to the ambient brightness.

One Touch Shutter: Set whether to shoot still pictures by
touching the screen.

Small Face Effect: Set the effect level to carry out small face
adjustment when using the front camera.

Beautiful Skin Effect: Set the effect level to carry out beautiful
skin adjustment when using the front camera.

Distortion Correction: Set whether to restrain image distortion
using the front camera.

