7.4 Troubleshooting guide
Remedies for the resolution of faults
• Check power supply
• Check supply voltage
Voltage or current measured values are not
displayed
• Check fuse
• Check configuration
(see Parameterizing the device (Page 54))
Voltage values are not plausible
Check the voltage transformer setting and correct if necessary
Current values are not plausible
• Check the current transformer setting and correct if necessary
• Check the communication settings
(incorrect IP address, incorrect subnet or gateway?)
• Check firewall, if present
(possibly preventing communication to the Modbus ports)
"Overload" LED flashes red
• Voltage or current input overridden. Check parameters of the
measuring voltage
• Check installed current transformer
(dimensioning too small)
Power values are incorrect, although voltage
and current are correctly applied
• Check voltages and currents of the phases
(not properly connected to one another)
• Check the current transformer
If the device fault cannot be remedied by the measures given above, the device is probably
defective.

If the device is defective, please proceed as follows:
• See chapter Warranty (Page 75) if the device has become defective within the warranty
period.
• If the device has become defective outside the warranty period, the device must be
disposed of in accordance with local disposal regulations.
