Open Pole Detektor
Besides the evaluation of the CB auxiliary contacts, single-pole dead times can be detected and reported via
the Open Pole Detector. This, however, requires the three-pole connection of currents and voltages. The corre-
sponding protection and monitoring function can respond. The following figure shows the logic structure of
an Open Pole Detector.
