Troubleshooting Diagnostics
To take a full diagnostic capture using the FieldServer Toolbox:
1. If not installed, download the FieldServer Toolbox at: http://bit.ly/fstoolbox
2. Open the FieldServer Toolbox from the desktop icon.
3. Choose the [Diagnose] button on the right of the FieldServer you want to take a snapshot
of.
4. Choose [Full Diagnostic] from the Diagnostic Test pull down menu.
5. Set the capture time period to the desired length.
6. Select [Start Diagnostic].
7. When the full diagnostic capture is complete, select [Open Containing Folder] and e-mail
the Zip file with the current time stamp to: Support@FieldServer.com
