Troubleshooting/FAQs
In case of an error, the device provides error codes via the display. The error codes are also
available via SIMATIC PDM.
Furthermore, in case the device is not measuring correctly, a diagnostic function is available
via the SIMATIC PDM.
9.1 Error codes
A list of errors is available in SIMATIC PDM (active errors are check-marked). Access to this
list is gained via "Device" → "Device Status". In the figure below, error codes F 1, F 2 and F 5
are active.
