1OpentheSetupmenu.
2OntheSetupmenu,selectInstallation.
ObservethattheInstallationdialogboxopens.Thisdialogboxcontainsanumber
ofpagesselectedfromthemenuontheleftside.
3OntheleftsideoftheInstallationdialogbox,selectTransceiver.
4Installthechannels(s).
aObservethatthetransceiver(s)youhaveconnectedtotheProcessorUnitare
listed.
Eachtransceiverisidentiedwithtypeandserialnumber.Theavailable
channelsoneachtransceiverarelistedseparately.
Tip
Ifnotransceiversarelisted:
1SelectBrowseintheTransceiverBrowsingbox,andopentheLocalIP
Addressbox.
2SelectthecorrectaddressfortheEthernetadapteryouareusing.
SelectApply.
ThiswillmaketheEK80searchthenetworkforavailabletransceivers.
3Checkthateachtransceiverhasbeenturnedon.
4VerifythattheEthernetcommunicationbetweentheunitsisoperational.
5IfyouareusinganEthernetswitch,makesurethatitworks.
6Ifyouhavechangedthenetworksettings,turneachtransceiveroffandon.
EK80automaticallyassignsanIPaddresstoeachtransceiverwhenthe
transceiveristurnedoffandon.
