10.6 Resetting the SunnyHomeManager
The reset button is located in a small aperture on the bottom of the SunnyHomeManager.
Depending on how long you hold down the reset button, the SunnyHomeManager is partially or
completely reset.

5 to 10 s The SunnyHomeManager is completely reset:
• All settings of the SunnyHomeManager are deleted.
• All cached system data (energy values, events, etc.) are
deleted.
• The SunnyHomeManager redetects the BLUETOOTH
devices within range.
• If Plugwise radio-controlled sockets are present, all
Plugwise radio-controlled sockets will be deleted in the
SunnyHomeManager and must be redected with the
SunnyHomeManager:
– Check whether the Plugwise radio-controlled sockets
are displayed without the locked symbol in the
Plugwise app.
☑ The Plugwise radio-controlled sockets are displayed
without the locked symbol in the Plugwise app.
✖ The Plugwise radio-controlled sockets are displayed
with the locked symbol?
The Plugwise Stretch was not available during the
resetting of the SunnyHomeManager. The Plugwise
radio-controlled sockets are locked and could not be
detected by the SunnyHomeManager.
• Reset the Plugwise Stretch (see manufacturer's
documentation).
– Detect the Plugwise radio-controlled sockets with the
SunnyHomeManager (see Section8.1, page52).
• The SunnyHomeManager must be registered again in
SunnyPortal (see Section10.7, page76).
