10 Troubleshooting
10.1 Errors in the SunnyHomeManager
10.1.1 States of All LEDs
LED status Cause and corrective measure
Off The SunnyHomeManager is not supplied with voltage.
Corrective measures:
• Connect the SunnyHomeManager to the voltage supply (see
Section7.6, page48).
10.1.2 States of the Status LED
LED status Cause and corrective measure
Glowing red The system is starting.
Corrective measures:
• Do not disconnect the SunnyHomeManager from the voltage
supply.
If the status persists: Error.
Corrective measures:
• Disconnect the SunnyHomeManager from the voltage supply
(see Section11.1, page79) and then reconnect (see
Section7.6, page48).
• If the status persists, contact the Service (see Section14,
page86).
