LED status Cause and corrective measure
Flashing red The SunnyHomeManager cannot establish a connection to
SunnyPortal. DHCP is possibly not activated on your router or there
is a proxy server in your network.
Corrective measures:
• Use the SunnyHomeManagerAssistant (see Section10.4,
page73).
The SunnyHomeManager cannot establish a connection to
SunnyPortal. It is possible that the SunnyHomeManager is not cor-
rectly connected to the router.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is correctly connected
to the router (see Section7.4, page47).
• If the SunnyHomeManager is correctly connected to the
router and the status LED continues to flash red, perform a
complete reset of the SunnyHomeManager(see
Section10.6, page75).
Flashing green and orange
intermittently
The SunnyHomeManager is connected toSunnyPortal, but is not
yet registered in SunnyPortal.
Corrective measures:
• Register the SunnyHomeManager in SunnyPortal (see
Section8.3, page53).
Flashing green The SunnyHomeManager is connected to the devices of the PV sys-
tem and SunnyPortal. There is an event type Error present in at
least one device or at least one device is not connected to the
SunnyHomeManager (event type Disturbance).
Corrective measures:
• Call up the event in the system log book of SunnyPortal (see
the user manual "SunnyHomeManager in SunnyPortal").
In the case of an event of type Error, look up the meaning of
the error in the documentation of the affected device.
