LED status Cause and corrective measure
Glowing orange The SunnyHomeManager has not been connected to SunnyPortal
for at least tenminutes.
There are no new events in the cache of the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
If the status persists, check the connection status using the
SunnyHomeManager Assistant (see Section10.4,
page73).
Flashing red and orange in-
termittently
The SunnyHomeManager has not been connected to SunnyPortal
for at least tenminutes.
There is an event type Error present in at least one device or at
least one device is not connected to the SunnyHomeManager
(event type Disturbance).
The event and the data read out cannot be sent to SunnyPortal. The
event and the data are cached in the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is correctly connected
to the router (see Section7.4, page47).
Check whether the Internet connection is functioning:
In the web browser address line, enter e.g. www.SMA-
Solar.com and confirm with the [Enter] key.
If the Internet connection is permanently impaired, ensure
that the router is functioning correctly. If necessary,
contact the Internet service provider and read off the
device errors present on the inverter display (see inverter
documentation).
Once the SunnyHomeManager is reconnected to
SunnyPortal, call up the event in the SunnyPortal system log
book (see the user manual "SunnyHomeManager in
SunnyPortal").
