LED status Cause and corrective measure
Glowing orange The SunnyHomeManager has not been connected to SunnyPortal
for at least tenminutes.
There are no new events in the cache of the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
• If the status persists, check the connection status using the
SunnyHomeManager Assistant (see Section10.4,
page73).
Flashing red and orange in-
termittently
The SunnyHomeManager has not been connected to SunnyPortal
for at least tenminutes.
There is an event type Error present in at least one device or at
least one device is not connected to the SunnyHomeManager
(event type Disturbance).
The event and the data read out cannot be sent to SunnyPortal. The
event and the data are cached in the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is correctly connected
to the router (see Section7.4, page47).
• Check whether the Internet connection is functioning:
– In the web browser address line, enter e.g. www.SMA-
Solar.com and confirm with the [Enter] key.
– If the Internet connection is permanently impaired, ensure
that the router is functioning correctly. If necessary,
contact the Internet service provider and read off the
device errors present on the inverter display (see inverter
documentation).
• Once the SunnyHomeManager is reconnected to
SunnyPortal, call up the event in the SunnyPortal system log
book (see the user manual "SunnyHomeManager in
SunnyPortal").
