Problem Cause and corrective measure
The PV System Setup Assistant cannot
establish a connection to the
SunnyHomeManager.
It is possible that the SunnyHomeManager is not cor-
rectly connected to the router.
or
It is possible that the SunnyHomeManager is not sup-
plied with voltage. In this case, all LEDs on the
SunnyHomeManager will be off.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is correctly
connected to the router (see Section7.4, page47).
• Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is supplied
with voltage (see Section7.6, page48).
• If the SunnyHomeManager is correctly connected
to the router and is supplied with voltage but all
LEDs remain off, contact the Service (see Section14,
page86).
The PV System Setup Assistant lists
none or not all of the BLUETOOTH de-
vices in your PV system.
The NetID of the PV system may not be configured on cer-
tain devices.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the NetID of the system is set on all
devices.
The wireless connection of several devices may be dis-
turbed by ambient conditions.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the connection quality for the
BLUETOOTH devices is at least "good" (see
documentation of the BLUETOOTH devices).
• If the connection quality is not at least "good", use a
BLUETOOTHRepeater or SMAradio-controlled
socket. This will extend the wireless range of your
BLUETOOTH network.
