11.1 Decommissioning the SunnyHomeManager
Procedure:
• Disconnecting the SunnyHomeManager from the voltage supply
• Removing the cables and dismounting the SunnyHomeManager
Disconnecting the SunnyHomeManager from the voltage supply
1. If the SunnyHomeManager is supplied with voltage via the plug-in power supply unit:
• Pull the plug-in power supply unit out of the outlet.
• Unplug the DC plug of the plug-in power supply unit from the terminal Power of the
SunnyHomeManager.
2. If the SunnyHomeManager is supplied with voltage via a top-hat rail power supply unit:

Danger to life due to electric shock
Lethal voltages are present at the connection point of the utility grid.
• Disconnect the connection point from the utility grid via the disconnection device (e.g. in
the distribution board).
• Remove the connection plug of the top-hat rail power supply unit from the pin connector
on the SunnyHomeManager.
Removing the cables and dismounting the SunnyHomeManager
1. Unplug the connection plugs of the energy meters from the pin connectors on the
SunnyHomeManager.
2. Unplug the network cable from the network terminal of the SunnyHomeManager.
3. Unplug the other end of the network cable from the router.
4. If the SunnyHomeManager is mounted on the wall, push the SunnyHomeManager upwards
and remove it from the wall.
5. If the SunnyHomeManager is mounted on a top-hat rail, remove the SunnyHomeManager
from the top-hat rail as follows:
• Press the SunnyHomeManager down. Tilt
the lower edge of the
SunnyHomeManager forwards and
remove from the top-hat rail.
