Configuring network settings
Network administrators need to configure the network to enable number of the embedded apps and
updates of the system firmware over the air.
NOTE
A 5 GHz wireless or Ethernet network connection may provide a better experience with the EShare app.
To configure the network
1. Open the required TCP/UDP ports:
Protocol Port range Feature
TCP 80 System software update
TCP 56789 EShare app
TCP 25123 EShare app
TCP 8121 EShare app
TCP 8000 EShare app
TCP 8001 EShare app
TCP 48689 EShare app
TCP 25123 EShare app
2. Add the following URLs to the to the network allowlist:
URL Feature
h1.ee-share.com EShare app
world.syrjb.com: 9900 System software update
sw.syrjb.com: 8081 Whiteboard sharing
3. Configure the network to enable broadcast service.
4. Configure the network to allow mDNS (multicast).
