Chapter 5 Display and Setting of Various Functions
HRSH Series 5.9 Offset Function
5-23
5.9.2 Usage example of offset function
Suppose that the circulating fluid discharge temperature of this
thermo-chiller is 30
o
C and the circulating fluid temperature that enters the
user's equipment is 29
o
C due to temperature drop while it is transferred to
the user's equipment in the piping:
■ When only the "set circulating fluid temperature" needs to be the
same as the circulating temperature supplied to the user's
equipment:
Use "MODE 1" of the offset function, and set the offset temperature to "1.0"
o
C.
The thermo-chiller controls the circulating fluid temperature aiming at 31
o
C
(set circulating fluid temperature plus offset temperature).
The displayed circulating fluid temperature is the fluid temperature discharged from the
thermo-chiller (31
o
C).
