Troubleshooting
Reboot
1. Press .
2. Press 5 Maintenance.
3. Press 3 Reboot.
4. When asked whether to "Reboot?", press

5. Wait for the idle screen to reappear.
Hard reboot
Disconnect the power, wait for a few seconds, and reconnect. Wait for the idle screen to reappear.
Warning: Never disconnect the power during a firmware update!
Reset to factory values
1. Press .
2. Press 5 Maintenance.
3. Press 4 Reset values.
4. Enter the administrator password and press
.
5. Wait for the idle screen to reappear.
6. See “Initialization” on page ... to continue.

TFTP Update
When there is no other way to get the phone to work (administrator password lost, etc.). How it is

Manual initialization
When automatic initialization via DHCP fails, enter the values for netmask, IP gateway, and DNS
server manually after each prompt on the display.
