Performing a PCAP Trace
1. Open the phone’s web interface > PCAP Trace page.
2. Click on Start to start recording network trac.
3. Click on Stop to end recording.
4. Click on the here link to open the file download window, and save the file.
5. Submit the file to Support in whatever way they requested you to use.
