If “USB??” is set to “?” in the menu, change it to “?”. Stop any playback or radio before charging.

  If you cannot divide a file on your Sony Voice Recorder, free up space in the memory. If there are 199 files in the selected folder, erase some files. You may not be able to divide a file at the very beginning or end, so try dividing from a different point. Also, ensure you are using files recorded with the IC recorder.
