When using the 0.8 mm copper fi lter the
expected Line Pair resolution achievable with
the unit is 3.1 LP/mm or better, with all four low
contrast resolution holes distinguishable.
The line pair and low contrast resolutions
actually distinguishable from the image
depend, not only on the unit capabilities, but
also on other parts of the system, for example
the dental imaging software and the display
monitor being used.
