Replace the roll if it's damaged. 3. If the problem persists, power off the terminal for 10 seconds, then power it back on. 4. Initialise the terminal by pressing ENTER until INIT is displayed, then press the soft key beneath INIT. The terminal should print a logon receipt to confirm if the printer works. You can also test the printer by pressing the FUNC button followed by 82 to print a receipt. If the problem continues, further assistance may be needed.
