Enter the name of the event in the Name field. Select the necessary time and
date range.
Specify the speed limit in the Speed field.
Select the necessary perimeter in the Perimeter list.
Select Entering in the Condition list.
Click Apply. The new event, which will send an alert when the vehicle goes
over a certain speed in a specific location, is created.
