11.1 Removing and Inserting Headboard and Footboard
The infill panel in the headboard and footboard can be removed if required. This may be neces-
sary if the patient has to do rehabilitation exercises in bed, for example.

Stand behind the
headboard/footboard.

Hold the headboard or footboard with both
hands and pull it upwards and out of the
holders.

hands and carefully pull it upwards and out
of the holders.
