recommissioning the truck.
Safety checks to be per-
formed at regular intervals
and following any unusual in-

The truck must be inspected at least annually
(refer to national regulations) or after any un-
usual event by a qualified inspector.
A full inspection of technical condition of the
truck must be carried out regarding accident
safety. The truck must also examined thor-
oughly for damage.
The operating company is responsible for en-
suring that faults are rectified immediately.
Final decommissioning, disposal
Final, proper decommissioning or disposal of
the truck must be performed in accordance
with the regulations of the country of applica-
tion. In particular, regulations governing the
disposal of batteries, fuels, Hydraulic oil, plas-

be observed.
NOTE
Any repairs or maintenance to the truck must
be performed only by trained and authorized
technicians.
Tire replacement
The quality of tyres affects the stability and
performance of the truck. When replacing
tyres fitted at the factory, only use the manu-
facturer’s original spare parts. Otherwise the
data sheet specifications of the truck cannot
be guaranteed. When changing wheels and
tyres, ensure that the truck does not slew (e.g.
when replacing wheels always left and right
simultaneously).
WARNING
Only original tires have been certified by our quality
assurance service. To ensure safe and reliable oper-
ation of the truck, only tires of the manufacturer must
be used.
