.6 PREPARING FOR CONVECTION
If connection under the fireplace is
not possible, follow these instructions.
Otherwise, ignore the next five steps.
Step 39 Remove the pre-cut side
openings of the fireplace (bottom right
and left).
The cutouts will fall into the fireplace, this is
normal, it is safe to leave them there.

Step 40 Use pliers to cut out the openings
on the shell on both sides.
Step 41 Cut the wool using a utility knife
and save cut-offs for future use.
Step 42 Connect a Ø6'' x 3'' short flange
to the opening with the maxclip and the
self-drilling hex head screws on both sides.
