<NG! – Thumbscrew is not tightened completely>
Splice performance will not be
stable or the splicer will be partly
damaged if an electrode is not
installed in place.
Make sure the thumbscrew is
tightened completely.
• Do not clean the electrode. Doing so may cause unstable
arcing performance.
• Be sure to turn off the splicer and unplug the power cord or
remove the battery pack before replacing the electrodes.
• Discard the old electrodes properly.
An electrode tip is extremely
sharp. Handle with care.
Please make sure the plastic
button of the electrode is fully
pushed by the protrusion.
