10.9 MACHINE FRAME
Machine frame is the framework of machine and assembling platform. Air compressor
group, dust collection device, pump group, oil tank, cab etc all are mounted on the machine
frame. During transportation, slide frame and drilling frame are supported on its back bracket,
no guard bar. When arriving at working site, lift up the slide frame and drilling frame, mount
with guard bar. Push out stabilizer cylinders, machine would be stabilized and leveled.
10.10 IMPACTOR
SWAH impactor is equipped. For its structure and air distributing theory, please refer to
“Impactor Instruction Manual”.
10.11 DIESEL ENGINE & PUMP GROUP
Cummins diesel engine QSC8.9-C325 has the rated power of 242Kw/2100rpm.Its
cranked shaft on the front connects with the four-up hydraulic pump. And the diesel use
manual is provided by users as an attachment of this drilling rig.
10.12 OIL TANK
Oil tank consists of box body, oil return filter, oil sucking filter, air filter, liquid
temperature & level meter. The oil capacity is 420L.
10.13 ROD CAROUSEL
Rod carousel consists of a mechanical boom, a swing rod cylinder, an index device and
a claw cylinder.
10.14 OPERATING SYSTEM
For operating mechanism, please refer to the cab control lever meter arrangement. The
orientation of the cab is in the front, and be divided into front, back, left, right.
