7.1 MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Please refer to this manual to maintain and check the drilling rig correctly.
7.1.1Correct Maintenance and Inspection Procedures
【IMPORTANT】
 Use the recommended fuel, hydraulic oil,
and lubrication.
 Only use standard parts made by Hunan
Sunward Intelligent Machinery Co.,Ltd.
 If no using of recommended fuel,
lubrication, hydraulic oil, or standard parts
made by Hunan Sunward Intelligent
Machinery Co., Ltd, you would lose the
warranty right.
 Don’t adjust the speed limitation of engine
and relief valve of hydraulic system.
 Prevent the electrical parts from contacting
with water or vapour.
 Don’t disassemble the engine, pump,
controller and senor inductor etc.
7.1.2 Daily Inspection before Startup
 Check the monitor.
 Check every liquid level.
 Check hoses and pipes if there is leakage, abrasion, or damage etc.
 Go around the machine and check the common phenomena, such as noise, heat etc.
 Check the parts if there is slack or loss.
If there is any question on the machine, please repair before operating, or contact with your
delegated local distributor.
